Commercial Lending

We lend money to business people who want to buy and/or renovate real estate and need purchase money and/or renovation capital. It is expected that these are short term loans in the nature of construction financing and that we will be taken out by permanent financing in a 12- 18 month window. We are equity lenders with the emphasis being on collateral more than cash flow.

We have financed restaurants, single family home renovations, bars, beauty parlors and other businesses that have involved the purchase of real estate or collateralizing of currently owned real estate.
